Have other Victorinox luggage which guided me to purchasing the 22" Traveler. I was disappointed with the design. The handle apparatus takes up a considerable amount of the bag capacity. The bottom is not as rigid as my other Victorinox bags and I do not expect it to support my front attaching computer bag very long before it bends and stanrts falling over. I also did not realize that the two front pockets are full length, I prefer the top front pocket to be short for dropping phones ,glasses , etc. into before passing through the metal detectors. It is an alright bag, just not as good as previous models.
Only bag I ever take...I never check baggage. Checked baggage was always a waiting or lost problem, now it's also expensive.
Really like the bag. Holds enough and has the expandable zip, too.
I am a light packer, it will work well for a week long cruise or a 10 day Europe adventure. It pulls easily and is sized for carry on. I love it.
Very light weight for the quality. Lifetime warranty made decision very easy.

Very functional, good quality construction. Easy to pack. Very comfortable handle and easy to maneuver. 2 things I don't like:
[1]It's very hard to access contents of the front two pockets, they're very deep (full length of the bag) and have small openings
[2]It's too big to fit wheels in when carried on, has to be turned sideways. Usually not a problem, but sometimes they'll make you check bags of that size
This piece of luggage is the ideal size for travel to Europe (or farther away). It's compact but roomy enough for 2 pairs of shoes and enough clothing and accessories for comfortable travel of up to 3 weeks. Unexpanded, it meets most airline carry-on regulations. Its ease of movement is a definite asset.
