If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Irv’s Luggage offers a No-Hassle, Easy return policy* on any unused items. No additional re-stocking fees! Product(s) must be in new, unused condition, and returned in original packaging. Simply call us within 30 days of your purchase and we will send/give you a Return Authorization number for you to include when you return your item(s) to us. Upon receipt of your items, a refund will be issued for the amount of your returned items and any applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Monogrammed items are not returnable.

For orders received between November 1st and December 31st, Irv's Luggage will extend its 30-day return policy to run through until January 31st of the following year.
